I literally had to stop myself from picking out 8 bizmillion sneak peeks. Megan and Nate are so completely adorable. It’s so easy to see these two are made for each other! I had so much fun on their e-session! I had never even heard of The Buckley Homestead, but there were plenty of places for some gorgeous shots! Oh and the light was killer! I can’t wait to post the rest of these!!

One of my very good friends, Jill asked me to take pictures of her beautiful family and their adorable daughter, Mia for her 1st birthday. This kid has the sweetest smile! Here are just a couple from our shoot at Lake Katherine. I’ll post the rest soon!

This was a fabulous session! Robyn & Kevin are so photogenic, and their gorgeous daughter, Rayna is an absolute doll. She was probably the most well behaved 2 year old I’ve ever had the privilege of photographing! Completely adorable! More of these soon!

Love these guys. Like, woah. Jenni is one of my favorite people in the world and a fabulous photographer. She is my other half when I’m lucky enough to have her along on weddings. Her husband Wade is a great husband and their little ones, Sabrina & Eliana are dolls. I finally got my chance to do a shoot on our couch, Scarlett O’Chaira! More of these beauties soon!

Warning: Seriously gorgeous couple.

I met Danielle’s sister Candi a few years ago on a ghost hunt (don’t ask). She recommended me to her sister, Liz, who’s wedding I did back in July of 2008. So I was SO excited to be able to do Danielle’s wedding too! I love being passed around among family and friends. It makes me feel a part of the family and trusted among their closest friends. The Fozard family was amazing enough to let me sit at their family table. I’ve gone to weddings where I’ve felt like just another vendor, but they went out of their way to make me feel like family. It really meant a lot.

Danielle and Chris met about six years ago through mutual friends. They have been really good friends ever since. Chris joined the Marine Corps five years ago but they managed to keep their friendship going even while he was stationed in Japan. In 2008, Chris was deployed to Iraq and they emailed back and forth as often as they could. After he returned home, their friends helped bring them together as a couple. He proposed in November of ’09, and tried very hard to surprise Danielle. He was successful, and instead of a “yes”, he got “Well, Duh!”

I had a fabulous time at this wedding. It was a bit of a hike down to Decatur, but an easy drive and one I’d make again for another future wedding (hint, hint, Lindsey)! :) Thank you both so much for letting me be a part of your gorgeous wedding! Best of luck and love!

Meet the O’Leary Family! Sarah got in contact with me because my wonderful sister, Cheryl had been raving about me to her co-workers at Delnor Hospital and Sarah, another nurse there, happened to hear. We decided to meet up at Emricson Park in Woodstock, near their home. I told Sarah that would work out great because my husband’s family lived up there. Cue the “It’s a Small World” song. Apparently, Sarah’s husband, Conor is good friends with my husband’s cousin, Jerrod. The location and the last name tipped it off. Don’t you love that?

So first we have the beautiful Kiera who just turned one on September 3rd. LOVE tutu’s! And the leggings are to die for! So is that smile, she’s such a sweetheart! After that, we had a quick change on Kiera and shot family pictures. These three really are as sweet as they look! My favorite picture out of the bunch? Conor and Sarah kissing on the swings. You can’t beat that.

Thanks so much for contacting me, Sarah! I really had a great time with your beautiful family!

A wonderful photog friend of mine had this fabulous idea and I asked her if I could borrow it! If you’re like me, you’re feeling the pressure of this economy! Who has the money to get married now? Well, I’d like to help:
